Shipping policy

Fulfillment

I pack and ship most orders myself, by hand, from New York. Apparel is made to order and ships directly from the printer. If your order includes both a shirt and anything else, it will arrive in separate shipments.

Orders ship within 30 days of purchase. Most leave well before that.

If I cannot ship within 30 days, I will email you with a revised ship date and the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Domestic orders ship via USPS.

Season Ticket Mail Club

Mail Club prints ship on a monthly batch schedule rather than individually. Your first print ships when you subscribe. Renewals ship together with everyone else's, after the monthly billing date.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship on the estimated date listed on the product page. If that date moves, I will email you with a new one and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Address accuracy

Getting your address right at checkout is your responsibility. Check your shipping confirmation when it arrives.

If an order comes back as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, I will email you to confirm a corrected address and send you a way to pay for reshipping. Reshipping costs the same as the original shipping.

Packages that do not arrive

If your address was correct and your order has not arrived 21 days after you received a shipping confirmation, file a Missing Mail Search with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. You do not need a tracking number, just a description of the contents and the sender's address, which
