What You Get: Every month, you'll receive an original risograph print designed and printed by Sophia Mitropoulos. The envelope will include one 5.5" x 8.5" print (approximate size, sometimes smaller due to trimming), as well as one or more bonus paper goods.

Why Risograph? Risograph printing creates vibrant, textured prints with a handmade quality. Each print has slight variations that make it one-of-a-kind. Think of it as the perfect middle ground between screen printing and photocopying, with colors that pop.

Cutoff Dates: New monthly subscriptions will be billed at checkout and will receive the print of the month in which the order is placed. For each following month, recurring payments will be charged on the 2nd of each month and shipped out by the 15th. Annual subscriptions will be shipped out by the 15th of each month. There is no longer a monthly cutoff date. If you subscribe anytime during the month, you will receive that month's print.

You'll receive an envelope each month for as long as your subscription is active. Cancel anytime from your account.

Orders ship out by the 15th of each month. Domestic envelopes can take up to 7 business days to arrive. International envelopes shipped outside the United States may take up to 30 days to arrive.

Every month you will receive one 5.5" x 8.5" risograph print as well as at least one bonus item.

The bonus items change from month to month. Previous examples include interactive tasks, postcards, bookmarks, and stickers.

No, tracking is not available for Season Ticket Mail Club orders. All mail club subscriptions are sent First Class Mail via USPS, aka "snail mail." This uses just a stamp, which you cannot track.

Envelopes sent within the United States typically arrive within 3-7 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks from the shipping date for delivery.

International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days. However, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Note that delivery to certain remote or slower postal regions can take up to 8 weeks due to local customs and processing times.

Your first order will be sent shortly after it is placed. All following orders will be billed on the 2nd of each month and shipped out by or before the 15th of that same month.

If your mail has been sent and the estimated delivery time has passed, the first step is to confirm that your shipping address on file is correct.

If the address is correct, please check with neighbors, household members, or any shared mailbox or parcel locker. Since Season Ticket Mail Club is sent as a stamped letter envelope, it can sometimes be placed in a different spot or brought inside by someone else.
